The Local Immigration Partnership aims to strengthen the role of local communities across Lanark and Renfrew Counties in integrating and serving our newcomer population.
Working on this project has been so timely, given the heightened focus on issues of cultural equality and assimilation.
Embracing the need for a stronger presence in our communities, the LIP – Lanark & Renfrew team turned to Design House to rebrand the organization and develop an online portal that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
The new brand icon combines the essence of a pine cone, with the longitude and latitude lines of the globe. Just as the seeds of the pine cone spread, so do the messages of awareness and acceptance.
The new LIP website features a collage of images reflecting the area’s rich multi-cultural mosaic, and its inviting rural landscape. The current news items and video stories and are the most popular sections of the website.
